Mark opened a restaurant with a bad partner. Marks advice to overcome this challenge is to get out before it’s too late. Go into partnerships 51-49. Own the majority, because someone has to be in charge.
Have plenty of operating capital. Mark suggest having six months to a twelve months of operating capital to start.
Hire people who you would want to wait on you. If you don’t like the initial impression, don’t hire them.
Make winning a habit. It is all about celebrating success and having positive reinforcement. Be positive.
Find ways to cheer your team on and whenever possible tie it to a team experience.

Develop leaders and they will foster teamwork. You can’t be a leader without a team.
You can’t spend enough time on leadership components.
